The Radisson Blu Hotel is housed in a high-rise tower block with a slightly featureless façade. The large lobby offers plentiful seating and has recently been renovated in a chic contemporary style with "satellite" check-in desks (i.e. three separate desks.) The 205 large guestrooms, featuring neutral Scandinavian or more energetic Art Deco décor, also boast separate lounge areas and are enhanced with fresh flowers. They are clean and well maintained, as are the tiled en suite bathrooms. The hotel offers a fresh Continental buffet every morning in the bright, welcoming Steinenpick Restaurant, on the ground floor. Throughout the rest of the day, this venue also offers a large selection of fish, meat and original Swiss dishes including the restaurant-favourite, cheese fondue. Alternatively, the Kaffi Mühli Restaurant serves a lighter menu, including coffee, cakes, and a large selection of pastries. Open from 10.00 am until the early hours of the morning, the hotel bar is a popular rendezvous point, where guests can relax after a long day of negotiating business or sight-seeing.
