The Airport Hotel Basel is a unique design property, with an exterior that changes from sober gold during the week to more party-orientated red at the weekends. Its stylish interior is the creation of renowned designer Sybille de Margerie. The 130 standard rooms are boast 20m² of space and are equipped with 2 beds, each 90 cm wide (these can be zipped together as a king-size bed.) Guests can enjoy coffee and croissant in the lobby from 06:00 to 11:00 free of charge. The "Bourbon Rose" Restaurant provides a cold and warm breakfast buffet, also from 06:00 to 11:00. The hotel is part of the Swiss Las Vegas Casino and therefore has access to two restaurants. “La Brasserie” is open from noon till evening and offers a business lunch and buffet every Monday and various à la carte selections in the evening. There’s also “Chez George,” a fine dining restaurant in the middle of the Roulette room.
